I am a real estate, general business, and probate litigation attorney working with small to mid-sized businesses and individuals. I help companies and individuals manage and grow their businesses and real estate holdings. What does this mean? I can help someone form their business, work with business partners, review leases and other contracts, buy property, manage their employees, handle disputes with customers/clients and vendors, and other items. Also, I help people defend title to their property, work with landlords/tenants, and generally solve real estate messes.

I also serve as outside general counsel for many of my clients. For these clients, whenever they have a quick question, they call me. We resolve the issue and often avoid a larger dispute (and bigger attorney fees).
